On this tab, you can view, edit and delete the list of processes that are currently active for the contact.

 

Click the Start new process button to initiate a marketing automation process for the contact. A dialog box opens, in which you can choose the process that you want initiated. Note that based on the its settings the process may fail to start for some of the contacts; either when the same process is currently running, or was run for the contact before.

 

You can use the following actions:

 

• Manage the process for the contact

• Remove the contact from the process

 

After clicking the icon in the header of the Actions column, a context menu is displayed, offering options for export of listed data to various types of files.
